 SHIPPING COST​

The price is determined by the total weight of the order, its volume and its destination.

Based on the shipping price list of my national courier (Poste Italiane) shipping cost are

determined as follows:​​

 

​- 0 to 3 kgs ______10 €

- 3 to 5 kgs ______15 €

- 5 to 10 kgs _____20 €

- 10 to 20 kgs ____25 €

- 20 to 30 kgs ____30 €​

- ITALY _________________5 to 10 business days

- EUROPE ______________5 to 15 business days

- USA and GLOBAL _____10 to 20 business days

PACKAGING MATERIAL FIXED PRICE :  + 5€ FOR EACH BOX

The packaging materials can be quite expensive to ensure a safe shipment, therefore, in addition to the shipping cost it will be charged as a fixed price for each box.

Generally speaking only big orders and very large pieces require more than 1 box tho.

EXAMPLE:  + teacup______________20€

                     + mid bowl ___________30€

                     + shipping 2,5kgs______10€

                     + packaging 1 box______5€

                     TOTAL _______________65€

Note that occasionally, orders might take longer to reach you, depending on the circumstances.
Be aware in some countries there might be taxes or customs charges on items shipped from overseas.

RETURNS

​

Returns are only accepted if the items shipped to you don’t correspond with the items you ordered.
In case the package is returned after a failed delivery or because not being picked up on time, it will be sent again after covering a new payment for the shipping costs.
In the case of an item being missing or broken in transit, it is possible to arrange for a refund or replace the item, this should happen very rarely though and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

OBJECTS

Please keep in mind that all of my pieces are original, unique and completely handcrafted with non toxic materials and they are intended as decorative items.

They can be washed in the dishwasher but remember: hand wash make them last 100 years !

Despite every listed item being made with the same materials and the same process, textures and colors can slightly vary from the photographs presented in the listings.

Also i recommend you check the products size on the descriptions and make sure you are aware of the real proportions of the objects you purchase.

There is no timeline to the shop updates.

The shop is updated from time to time when I collect enough pieces to upload.

Sometimes i may upload only a handful of pots instead of waiting the full restock.
